Job Description

Our client are looking for an Internal Sales Administrator.

You will be responsible for the internal sales processes and the maintenance and growth of new and existing clients from diverse sectors including, Construction, Events, Heavy Industry, Civil Engineering and Utilities Contractors to name but a few.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist sales teams with administrative support

* Prepare quotations and sales/hire information

* Develops close customer working relationships with new clients and existing customers ensuring that new and repeat orders are obtained.

* Identifying new sales opportunities

* Promoting the company products and selling services

* Contribute to the development of the business by providing new strategies and ideas

* Provide the customer with the appropriate levels of support

* Provide support to external sales teams ands lead or assist with the preparation and submission of bids, quotes or proposals.

* Represent the Company at all levels within the customer community.

* Ensures that the rolling forecast is maintained, giving the organisation full visibility of potential orders.

* Provide an input for strategic business planning as required.

* Develop opportunities for external sales force

Skills required:

*Due to the nature of the product and the customer base this role is suitable for candidates who can demonstrate a strong and loyal background in the construction or hire industry.
